“Alce Nero” organic wheat pasta with nettles SPIRELLI is made only from organic durum wheat grown in Italy. Through a special process, the pasta is given a rough surface, allowing it to absorb the sauce very well. The long drying process at a low temperature preserves all the valuable nutrients of the wheat. Nettles not only give the pasta an unusual color but also an excellent taste. It is a source of dietary fiber.
Preparation:
Place the pasta in boiling water (1.5 liters of water per 100 g of pasta) and cook for about 11 minutes.
