Alce Nero Organic Gluten-Free Spaghetti is an organic gluten-free pasta made from corn and rice flour grown in Italy.
Preparation Instructions
To prepare, use 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. Once the water is boiling, add 10 grams of salt and cook for 8-10 minutes. The pasta should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Corn flour* 80%, rice flour* 20%.

May contain traces of lupins or soy.
