“Bauck Hof” organic chickpea flour is gluten-free. It is used as a binding agent in place of eggs, for example, in making vegetarian patties and cakes. It can be mixed with other flours in baked goods, used in sauces, hummus, falafels, pakoras (vegetables fried in batter), and also for making oriental sweets. Suitable for vegans.
