“Bauck Hof” offers a range of organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” oat bran from biodynamic farms is gluten-free and high in dietary fiber. It is rich in insoluble fibers, beta-glucans: 2 servings or 6 tablespoons (40 g) of oat bran contain 3 g of oat beta-glucans. Beta-glucans help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. For a beneficial effect, consume at least 3 g of beta-glucans per day. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Bran has always been an essential part of the diet. Today, it is especially valued as we often suffer from stress, lack of movement, and poor nutrition. Oat bran can improve a diet that lacks dietary fiber. It is relatively low in calories and cholesterol-free. Bran is a filling food.
