“Bauck Hof” offers a range of organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” organic oat-based dry cereal PROTEIN is gluten-free and ideal for pre- and post-exercise consumption. How to enjoy it? Classic: with milk, plant milk, or yogurt. Extra protein: mix with low-fat cottage cheese. Extra freshness: enhance with fresh seasonal fruits. This cereal contains no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars) and is free from preservatives and other additives. Suitable for vegans.

SPORT Bar Recipe – perfect for travel and as a snack: In a pot, warm 150 g honey (or agave or sugar beet syrup), 125 g butter (or margarine), and 50 ml water until the fats melt. Do not boil! Mix in 425 g of SPORT dry cereal and let stand for 5 minutes. Knead the mixture vigorously by hand for 2 minutes and roll out a 1–1.5 cm thick sheet between two sheets of baking paper. Remove the top sheet and place the bottom sheet with the mixture onto a baking tray. The mixture will fill about 3/4 of the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15–20 minutes. Once cooled, cut into desired size bars with a sharp knife.
