“Bauck Hof” offers a range of organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” biodynamic oat porridge with apples and cinnamon. Gluten-free, no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars). High in dietary fiber. Source of protein. Low in saturated fats and very low in salt. Suitable for vegans.
Quick preparation (for 1 serving): Place 4 heaping tablespoons (50 g) of the mixture into a bowl. Add 125 ml of boiling water or hot milk, soy, oat, or almond drink. Mix well and let it swell for 2 minutes. Stir again and eat warm.
