Product Information
“Bauck Hof” offers organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” fine rolled oats from biodynamic farms are whole grain. Oats have a mild flavor and provide a feeling of fullness. These oats are rich in vitamin B1, iron, fiber, and are an excellent source of protein. They contain very little salt.
Oatmeal is rich in insoluble fiber beta-glucans: 1.5 servings (75 g) provide about 3 g. Beta-glucans help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. To achieve a positive effect, you need to consume at least 3 grams of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or these beta-glucan mixtures daily. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Suitable for breakfast porridge, dry breakfasts, patties, flatbreads, cookies, and more.
Preparation: simply pour boiling water or milk and let it swell. For 2-3 servings of porridge, you will need 0.5 liters of liquid and about 1/4 cup (75 g) of oats.
Oats are especially recommended for breakfast: cook oatmeal, if the taste is not enough, grate an apple, slice a banana, add nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, or ginger.
May contain traces of other gluten-containing grains, nuts, and sesame.
