The brand Biona was created in London over 35 years ago. Its founders, Noel and Donata, began experimenting with simple homemade granola, which they packed and sold in their innovative organic store Windmill Wholefoods. It was so popular that production quickly outgrew their kitchen table, and thus, Biona was born.

Biona organic spelt Asia noodles are egg-free and perfect for preparing Asian cuisine dishes, mixing with potatoes or vegetables. They are quick and easy to prepare, and suitable for vegans.
Preparation: Place into boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
