Centonze olive oil is highly concentrated in flavor and nutrients. You can taste it and it will surely please olive oil lovers and gourmets. Pressed from Nocellara del Belice olives grown in Sicily’s volcanic soil. The oil is pressed at the producer’s own press no later than 4 hours after the olives are hand-picked.
Perfect for seasoning all vegetable, fish, or red meat dishes, as well as vegetable soups. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids.
In the production of extra virgin olive oil, the temperature is controlled during pressing and does not rise above 27ºC, making the oil suitable for raw foodists (raw). Acidity 0.32%.
