Clearspring organic wide whole grain brown rice noodles are made in Thailand. These authentic noodles are perfect for preparing Asian dishes such as Pad Thai, soups, and salads. They require no boiling, just soaking in hot or cold water.
Gluten-free, egg-free, and wheat-free.
Low in fat. Very low in salt. Suitable for vegans.
Preparation: Soak for 10 minutes in freshly boiled water or 30 minutes in cold water; no boiling needed. For soups, add softened noodles and cook briefly.
