You can make a milky porridge with infant formula or whole milk. You can also prepare it with water or mix it with fruits.
Preparation with whole milk: Pour 100 ml of whole milk into a bowl and mix in 25 g of cereal (5 tbsp). Allow to soak and cool to 37°C.
