Product Information: Lebensbaum biodynamic (Demeter) loose black tea “Darjeeling”. No other tea has such a unique aroma. Once you’ve tasted this tea, you’ll always remember and recognize its mildly astringent, floral flavor and light brown color. “Darjeeling” tea is grown using biodynamic methods on the Ambootia (India) tea plantations. There, on the remote southern slopes of the Himalayas, tea leaves are carefully hand-picked and then traditionally processed. Globally, this tea is marked with a protected geographical indication, as only tea grown and produced in this region can be called “Darjeeling,” similar to how only wine from the Champagne region can be called Champagne.
Preparation: For one cup, pour freshly boiled water over one heaped teaspoon of tea. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strict quality control. Fair partnership. Climate-friendly production process.
