Pressed from organic almonds (Prunus dulcis) grown in Spain or Sicily. Dark golden color, mild nutty flavor. High in monounsaturated fatty acids.
Almond oil is used for making both cold and hot dishes, an excellent butter substitute in confectionery. Quite heat-resistant. Suitable for baking and desserts, stewing, seasoning salads, marinating, and frying. Suitable for children’s diets.
Comes in a convenient dark glass bottle with a spout.
