Cold-pressed from organically grown borage seeds in Germany, this oil is unrefined and unbleached. It has a yellowish-green color, a distinctive smell, and taste. When stored properly, it is suitable for consumption for up to 6 months.
Borage (Borago Officinalis) is a herb that smells like cucumbers and grows in gardens and yards. Its leaves are suitable for salads, and oil is pressed from its seeds.
Store in a cool (10-20°C) dark place. Do not heat. Conveniently packaged in a dark glass bottle with a spout.
