“Rapunzel” organic raw buckwheat groats are a valuable and nutritious product, an excellent source of fiber, vitamin B1, potassium, iron, and zinc, and high in magnesium. They have a pleasant nutty flavor and are suitable for porridge, casseroles, patties, and soups.
Preparation:
Pour 375 ml of water over 250 g of buckwheat, bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes and let it swell for 5 minutes.
