For 100 years, baby food has been produced in Germany using milk from Alpine cows!
Easily digestible “Töpfer LACTANA BIO PRE” organic infant formula is suitable for babies from birth. It is an ideal milk for breastfed babies who need additional feeding when mother’s milk is insufficient, for example, right after birth when mother’s milk production is not yet adequate. “Lactana Bio Pre” milk has a consistency similar to breast milk. The carbohydrates in “Lactana Bio Pre” consist only of lactose. This makes babies want to nurse more as they do not feel fully satiated.
“Lactana Bio 1” contains both lactose and maltodextrin as carbohydrates. “Lactana Bio 1” is more filling and thicker than “Lactana Bio Pre.” Both formulas can be given from birth and can be used exclusively without any other feeding. For these reasons, “Lactana Bio Pre” is ideal for supplementary feeding.
This “Töpfer” formula is made with beneficial intestinal bacteria naturally present in babies’ guts (Töpfer’s patented bifido culture blend Probifido®) and essential Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids (LC-PUFA).
The “Töpfer” factory is located in Southern Germany, in the Alpine region. The milk formulas are made from organic milk from Alpine cows. Cow’s milk proteins and fats are modified to closely match the composition of mother’s milk. The milk is enriched with vitamins, minerals, and trace elements required for infants of the appropriate age (as specified by the EU directive 2006/141/EU).
Ingredients: Skimmed milk¹, partially demineralized whey powder, lactose*, vegetable oils* (palm oil², sunflower oil, rapeseed oil*), whey proteins, docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil, skimmed milk powder*¹, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, choline bitartrate, sodium chloride, L-tyrosine, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-tryptophan, bifidobacteria cultures (B. breve, B. bifidum, B. infantis, B. longum), ferrous lactate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc sulfate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), copper sulfate, vitamin K (phylloquinone), folic acid, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), manganese sulfate, potassium iodate, sodium selenate, D-biotin.
