“Alce Nero” TAGLIATELLE pasta is made only from organic durum wheat grown in Italy. The long drying process at a low temperature preserves all the valuable nutrients of the wheat. It has a great taste and is a source of dietary fiber. Contains no salt.
Preparation:
Place the pasta in boiling water (1.5 liters of water per 100 g of pasta) and cook for 8 minutes.
