“Alce Nero” organic spelt tagliatelle pasta is made using only organic Triticum dicoccum spelt grains grown in Italy. During production, the pasta is given a rough and porous surface, which allows it to absorb sauce very well. The long drying process at low temperatures preserves all the valuable nutrients of the spelt. It is a source of fiber and protein and contains no salt.
Preparation:
Place the pasta into boiling, salted water (10 g of salt per 1 liter of water) (1.5 liters of water per 100 g of pasta) and cook for about 8 minutes.
