Bauck Hof offers a range of organic and biodynamic (Demeter) grain products and semi-finished products from Germany. The Bauck family has been involved in organic farming since 1930. Eduard Bauck later established an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, mixes for cakes, breads, falafel, porridges, and flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture. Bauck Hof biodynamic 5 grain flakes without wheat. Gluten-free. Whole grain. No added sugars (contains natural sugars). High in dietary fiber, thiamine, biotin, folic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, zinc; a source of protein. Low in sugars. Suitable for vegans.
