Bauck Hof crushed flaxseeds from biodynamic farms (demeter). They are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which are better absorbed from crushed seeds. Suitable for sprinkling on sandwiches, potatoes, salads, cereals, soups, yogurt, cottage cheese, baked goods, and other dishes. A source of protein and high in dietary fiber and alpha-linolenic (Omega-3) essential fatty acid, which helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 grams of alpha-linolenic acid, equivalent to 10 grams of crushed flaxseeds. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
