Bauck Hof offers organic and biodynamic (Demeter) grain products and semi-finished products from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Eduard Bauck later established an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, cake mixes, bread mixes, falafel mixes, porridges, and flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
Bauck Hof’s organic crunchy cocoa oat flakes are gluten-free and suitable as breakfast cereals and for preparing desserts. Whole grain. High in dietary fiber. Suitable for vegans.
