“Bauck Hof” offers a range of organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” organic whole grain rice flakes are gluten-free and naturally mildly sweet. They are ideal for making classic rice porridge. Cooking porridge with these flakes is quick and easy. The flakes contain very little salt. Suitable for vegans.
Preparation (for 2-3 servings): Put 100 g of rice flakes and 500 ml of milk (or soy, oat, or other drink) into a pot. Stir and bring to a boil, let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Then let it sit for 5 minutes to swell, and stir again. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy with cinnamon, sugar, apple sauce, or fruits.
