“Bauck Hof” offers organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” biodynamic spelt bran is rich in vitamins B3 and B1, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and zinc. It also contains a lot of dietary fiber and protein, with low sugar and very low salt content. Suitable for vegans.
