“Bauck Hof” light spelt flour from biodynamically (demeter) grown spelt. Suitable for bread, rolls, cakes, pizza dough, tart bases, and cookies. Spelt flour has slightly different baking and cooking properties compared to wheat flour, so recipes need to be adjusted accordingly.
A source of dietary fiber. Low in fat and very low in salt. Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients: Biodynamic spelt flour.
May contain traces of other gluten-containing grains, nuts, and sesame.
