“Bauck Hof” offers organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” large rolled oats are perfect for a delicious and filling porridge. Grown on biodynamic farms, they are whole grain and rich in vitamin B1, iron, fiber, and a great source of protein. Very low in salt.
Oatmeal is rich in insoluble fiber beta-glucans: 1.5 servings (75 g) provide about 3 g. Beta-glucans help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. To achieve a positive effect, you need to consume at least 3 g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or these beta-glucan mixtures daily. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ideal for morning porridge, dry breakfasts, patties, flatbreads, cookies, and more. Oats have a mild, gentle flavor and provide a feeling of fullness.
