“Bauck Hof” offers organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” gluten-free medium rolled oats are grown and processed in an environment free from gluten that causes celiac disease. Each batch is tested in a laboratory to ensure a gluten guarantee of < 20 ppm. These oats are high in fiber and contain very little salt.
Oats have a mild flavor and provide a feeling of fullness. These are unrefined, whole grain (with bran and germ) crushed oats. It is recommended to introduce oats into a gluten-free diet gradually. Suitable for breakfast porridge, dry breakfasts, patties, flatbreads, cookies, and more. Suitable for vegans.
