Bio Planete organic oil with clarified butter (ghee) is perfect for frying and cooking, resistant to temperatures up to 200ºC. Suitable for frying vegetables, potatoes, pancakes, fish, and more, it gives dishes a mild buttery flavor. Lactose-free. Sunflower oil is treated with steam to remove flavoring and other secondary substances, but its nutritional properties remain unchanged.
Usage: Shake before use. When boiling or deep-frying, replace the oil after 10 uses. Store at room temperature and protect from light.
