Biona coconut cream is made from high-quality organic coconut flesh, often referred to as “coconut butter.” Ideal for spreading on bread and for use in various dishes and smoothies.
As no emulsifiers are used in production, coconut oil may separate in the jar. This does not affect the quality of the product – simply place the jar in a container of hot water, then stir to restore the creamy consistency.
