Clearspring organic sunflower oil for cooking is cold-pressed from the highest quality organic sunflowers. Suitable for frying and cooking (up to 190°C). It is also ideal for making salad dressings due to its neutral flavor.
This cooking oil is partially steam-treated (up to 130ºC) to increase the “smoke point” (the temperature at which the oil starts to smoke), which is crucial for frying oils. No chemicals are used during production to ensure the best nutritional value and taste.
Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. High in vitamin E. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative damage. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
