“Holle” Organic Rice Porridge is suitable for infants from 6 months of age. This easily prepared formula is versatile and can be used with other ingredients. It is a source of dietary fibers and is gluten-free and dairy-free. The porridge contains no added sugar, only natural sugars from the whole grains.
Using the whole grain, including the germ and bran, allows this porridge to retain the maximum nutritional value. Whole grain porridges ensure that the goodness contained within the grains is easily absorbed by a growing baby’s body when processed with heat and liquid.
Preparation Instructions
The porridge can be prepared in various ways: as a milky porridge, cooked with water, or mixed with formula milk. We recommend preparing it with formula milk and mixing it with the whole grain porridge to enhance its nutritional value.
