“Holle” Biodynamic (Demeter) Whole Grain Spelt Porridge is suitable for infants from 6 months of age. This easily prepared formula is versatile and can be used with other ingredients. It contains gluten and is free from dairy products. The porridge is unsweetened, containing only natural sugars.
This is a complete food for your little one, made entirely from whole grain spelt! Whole grain porridges retain maximum nutritional value, making the nutrients easily assimilable by a growing baby’s body when the porridge is processed with heat and liquid. This product is an essential part of a nutritious infant diet.
Preparation: The porridge can be prepared in various ways: as a milky porridge, cooked with water, or mixed with formula milk. We recommend preparing it with formula milk and mixing it with the whole grain porridge.
