HOYER organic bee-collected pollen comes exclusively from select and strictly controlled certified organic bee farms located in the mountains. The diversity of plants determines the unique taste and value of this pollen. The pollen is not heat-treated.
HOYER organic pollen is dried with warm air at a temperature of 35-40°C. This process is necessary to reduce the water content in the pollen for longer safe storage, but it is not processed at high heat like sterilization or pasteurization.
Usage: It is recommended to consume 1 heaping teaspoon of pure pollen per day (chew thoroughly), or use it to flavor cereals, yogurt, or add to juices.
