Engevita nutritional yeast is a natural product made from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, grown on purified, enriched molasses under carefully controlled conditions. This ensures that it does not contain Candida albicans fungal yeast.
Gluten-free. No added sugar (contains natural sugars). Low in sugars. No artificial additives or preservatives. Suitable for vegans.
A great seasoning for soups, stews, side dishes, salads, and cereals. Due to its excellent taste, Engevita yeast can also be used alone, dissolved in water, milk, or juice. To preserve vitamins, do not heat above 100ºC. These yeast flakes are highly concentrated in vitamins, so it is advisable not to consume more than 1 tablespoon (10 g) per day. The container contains 25 servings.
