Engevita nutritional yeast is a natural product made from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, grown on purified, enriched molasses under carefully controlled conditions. This ensures it does not contain Candida albicans fungal yeast.
Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans. Free from artificial preservatives, colorings, flavorings, and GMOs.
A great seasoning for pasta, soups, stews, side dishes, salads, vegetable dishes, and cereals. It can also be added to smoothies and fruit and vegetable juices. Due to its excellent taste, Engevita yeast can also be used alone, dissolved in water, milk, or juice. To preserve vitamins, do not heat above 100ºC.
