Ra Hygge is a Nordic wellness brand creating organic health food products with vitality- and energy-boosting natural ingredients. Founded in 2013 by Irina Sandberg, a Finnish-born coffee and wellness expert living in Copenhagen, Ra Hygge is situated in a region where coffee consumption per capita is the highest in the world. Hence, Ra Hygge knows what they are doing when it comes to crafting their wonderful coffee with functional mushrooms. Ra Hygge collaborates with small organic coffee growers in Peru and roasts their coffee in their own roastery in Southern Sweden. Their goal is not only to provide a positive “hygge” feeling while enjoying a fragrant cup of coffee but also to balance the energy experience, even for those sensitive to caffeine. Rå Hygge organic coffee beans with Reishi mushrooms, BALANCE, is a low-acidity coffee (pH 6.0) enriched with double-extracted Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) extract for greater nutritional value and enhanced rich flavor. The organic coffee is sourced from small farmer cooperatives in Peru. The roasting level is medium. The flavor is mild and nutty with a chocolate aftertaste. Each package contains 16 servings, with a recommended usage of 14g of coffee per cup. Suitable for vegans.
