This excellent dark chocolate, featuring distinctive hints of salt, will take you to the wonderful Playa d’Es Trenc beach in Mallorca. In this region, there is special, hand-harvested salt that forms as beautiful crystals in seawater pools. The salt is combined with a significant amount of aromatic organic Panamanian cocoa and almost malt-like hints of caramel from coconut blossom sugar, creating a wonderful bouquet of flavors.
