Bauck Hof offers a variety of organic and biodynamic (Demeter) grain products and semi-finished products from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Eduard Bauck later established an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills that produce top-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, cake mixes, bread mixes, falafel mixes, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
Bauck Hof biodynamic 3-grain fine flakes include oats, barley, and spelt. Whole grain. Demeter certified. Suitable for vegans. Wheat-free.
Ideal for morning porridge, dry cereals, patties, cakes, cookies, and more. For porridge, cook for 1-2 minutes, or pour boiling water or milk and let it soak. Mild flavor. Can be seasoned with butter and a pinch of salt.
