“Bauck Hof” offers a range of organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” biodynamic whole grain millet flakes are gluten-free (controlled gluten guarantee < 20 ppm gluten). They are an excellent source of dietary fiber, low in saturated fats, and very low in salt.
These flakes are suitable for preparing porridge, dry breakfast cereals, patties, and other dishes. Historically, millet is known to warm, strengthen, and provide energy, making it especially recommended for physically active and sporty individuals.
