Product Information
“Bauck Hof” offers organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified) grain products and semi-finished goods from Germany. The Bauck family has been engaged in organic farming since 1930. Later, Eduard Bauck founded an organic mill, and today the company operates two mills producing high-quality 100% organic and biodynamic flours, baking mixes, falafels, porridges, flakes, many of which are gluten-free. The company believes that organic farming is the most sustainable form of agriculture.
“Bauck Hof” organic gluten-free large rolled oats are grown and processed in an environment free from gluten that causes celiac disease. Each batch is tested in the laboratory to ensure a gluten content of less than 20 ppm. These oats are rich in thiamine, iron, and fiber, and very low in salt.
Oats have a mild flavor and provide a feeling of fullness. These are unrefined, whole grain (with bran and germ) rolled oats. It is recommended to introduce oats into a gluten-free diet gradually. Suitable for porridge, dry breakfasts, patties, flatbreads, cookies, and more. Suitable for vegans.
Oatmeal is rich in insoluble fiber beta-glucans: one serving (50 g) contains about 2 g. Beta-glucans help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. To achieve a positive effect, you need to consume at least 3 grams of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or these beta-glucan mixtures daily. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
