Lebensbaum Organic Ground Coffee “Solea Espresso” boasts an elegant and spicy aromatic flavor. Made from 100% Arabica beans sourced from the highlands of South and Central America and the mountains of South India. The beans are hand-picked. They are roasted slowly at moderate temperatures to reveal their strong, balanced aroma and beneficial properties. Best suited for preparation in a classic espresso machine. Lebensbaum has specialized in roasting the finest coffee varieties since 1933. By roasting the coffee beans slowly and in small batches at 233ºC for 16 minutes (with preheating), a wonderful aroma is revealed. This method prevents burning, the formation of carcinogenic substances, and stomach irritation. In comparison, conventional coffee is roasted at temperatures of 500–600ºC, with an average of two tons of coffee beans roasted in about 40 minutes.
