These organic Italian long-grain brown rice grains have a rich, savory, nutty flavor. Whole grain, grown in Northern Italy where the favorable climate, abundant sunshine, clear water, mineral-rich soil, and long-standing organic farming practices contribute to their superior quality.
Preparation (side dish for 2 people): Use 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Cook on low heat for about 50 minutes. Salt the rice towards the end of cooking; otherwise, the cooking time may increase.
