“Ölmühle Solling” organic flaxseed flour is made from unroasted brown flaxseeds. It is high in protein (36%) and dietary fiber (43%). Low in salt.
Used in baking, it can be an ingredient for dry breakfasts and is suitable as a thickener for sauces and drinks. It is recommended to use 10-20% flaxseed flour in baking recipes. Since this flour absorbs a lot of water, the liquid content in recipes should be adjusted accordingly.
Ingredients: Organic flaxseed flour.
May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, sesame, and gluten-containing grains.
