Ölmühle Solling organic flaxseed oil is cold-pressed and unrefined. It is especially beneficial for enriching the daily diet. It is also suitable for seasoning cold or pre-cooked dishes (e.g., sauerkraut, boiled potatoes), and is delicious for seasoning cottage cheese with jacket potatoes. Not suitable for heating and frying.
Fresh flaxseed oil contains 50% alpha-linolenic fatty acids (Omega-3).
Golden or dark golden in color with a distinctive flavor.
Store at 5-10°C. Pay attention to the expiration date, as it is shorter than other oils (about 2 months). When frozen at around -25°C, it lasts about six months. It is best to store opened flaxseed oil in the refrigerator and consume it within 2 weeks.
