Ölmühle Solling cold-pressed organic pumpkin seed oil. Unrefined, undeodorized. Used for enriching the diet, in cosmetics, and in traditional medicine.
Cold-pressed (at 35°C) from pumpkin seeds grown on organic farms in Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, or China.
Rich in flavor, dark-colored cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is used for salads, sauces, dips, soups, rice, vegetables, meat, and sweet dishes. Best added to prepared dishes, though it can be used for brief stewing. Suitable for marinating. Not suitable for frying. Widely used in Austrian and Hungarian cuisine and German folk medicine.
Conveniently packaged in a dark glass bottle with a pourer. Store in a cool, dark place. Keeps fresh up to a year when stored at 15-20°C.
