“Bauck Hof” biodynamic (demeter) spelt flour. Contains 83% whole grain spelt (the coarsest particles are removed). Suitable for bread, rolls, cakes, pizza dough, tart bases, cookies, flatbreads, and sauces. A source of dietary fiber. Low in fat and very low in salt.
Note: Spelt flour has slightly different baking and cooking properties compared to wheat flour, so recipes need to be adjusted accordingly.
